1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the permitted and prohibited activities on the Wana Freelancer Platform, with the aim of ensuring a safe, professional, and legally compliant digital environment for all users, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Platform’s Terms and Conditions, and use of the Platform constitutes explicit acceptance thereof.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Platform for any of the following activities, including but not limited to:
- Publishing, uploading, or distributing any content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or offensive.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, commercial rights, or any legal rights of third parties.
- Attempting to hack, gain unauthorized access to, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform’s systems.
- Circumventing or attempting to bypass the Platform’s commission, or communicating outside the Platform to execute projects or complete payments.
- Impersonating any individual or entity, or providing false or misleading identity or professional information.
- Sending spam, unsolicited messages, advertisements, or unauthorized promotional content.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Consequences and Enforcement
Wana Freelancer reserves the full right, without prior notice, to take any of the following actions against users who violate this Policy:
- Issue a warning or formal notice.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Permanently terminate the account.
- Take legal or regulatory action where necessary.
