Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This <strong>Acceptable Use Policy<\/strong> sets out the permitted and prohibited activities on the <strong>Wana Freelancer<\/strong> Platform, with the aim of ensuring a safe, professional, and legally compliant digital environment for all users, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the <strong>Kingdom of Saudi Arabia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This Policy forms an integral part of the Platform\u2019s Terms and Conditions, and use of the Platform constitutes explicit acceptance thereof.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Users are strictly prohibited from using the Platform for any of the following activities, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Publishing, uploading, or distributing any content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or offensive.<\/li>\n<li>Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, commercial rights, or any legal rights of third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Attempting to hack, gain unauthorized access to, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform\u2019s systems.<\/li>\n<li>Circumventing or attempting to bypass the Platform\u2019s commission, or communicating outside the Platform to execute projects or complete payments.<\/li>\n<li>Impersonating any individual or entity, or providing false or misleading identity or professional information.<\/li>\n<li>Sending spam, unsolicited messages, advertisements, or unauthorized promotional content.<\/li>\n<li>Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Consequences and Enforcement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Wana Freelancer reserves the full right, without prior notice, to take any of the following actions against users who violate this Policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Issue a warning or formal notice.<\/li>\n<li>Temporarily suspend the account.<\/li>\n<li>Permanently terminate the account.<\/li>\n<li>Take legal or regulatory action where necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The Platform shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a user\u2019s violation of this Policy.<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
